A Guiding Star to Show us the Way
People have turned to the stars to show them the way for millennia. The patterns of stars they’ve made in the sky, together with their different sizes and brightness, providing a map for those overland and at sea. This compass pendant design is a Guiding Star to show us they way in life. Embellished with droplets of gold and unique texturing, including extra little stars orbiting around the edge. I always love making my compass creations and this one has a unique bail for the chain to slide through, too.
The Labradorite
Such a gorgeous stone, the labradorite can be many colours and these change when you move it in the light. The Labradorite in this pendant is blue.
Working Compass Inside
Inside the pendant is a waterproof, working compass that really does work. It’s a customised Francis Barker survival compass and is one of the best working compasses out there. It won’t leak and you don’t need to take it off in the shower. For everything you need to know about this please check out the page telling you all about the compass inside.
Dimensions
Shown here on a Luxury Box Chain, this silver and 18k pendant is 21.5mm diameter. My aim is to keep my compass jewellery to a comfortable size to wear. Chains are optional and available in different styles and lengths.
