Morgan Sweet Apple Pendant

A custom made silver pendant with 9K gold, this creation represents the inside of a halved apple, five garnets depicting the pentacle of seeds found within.

An especially hand made pendant to celebrate the arrival of a baby daughter, Morgan - the teardrop shaped garnet “pips” of the apple, her birthstone. A thoughtful gentleman, and proud father, asked me to make it especially for his wife.

An enticing mix of silver and gold, abundant in texture, form and meaning; a one of a kind pendant to carry the story in future generations.

Garnet is the birthstone for those born in January as well as the traditional stone of choice for those celebrating the 2nd and 18th wedding anniversaries.

In ancient times, its great brilliance led many early explorers to carry a garnet as a talisman and protective stone, as it was believed to light up the night and keep them safe from harm. Garnet has also been considered a mineral to enhance one's internal fire and creativity.
