Elegant Amethyst Pendant

A custom made pendant for a lady.

This lady's husband and I enjoyed working together creating this custom made jewellery. Using his ideas for a variety of design elements, we created an elegant pendant, subtly incorporating significant initials. This thoughtful gentleman presented this uniquely hand made jewellery to his wife at Christmas.

The amethyst at the tip of this pendant is a gemstone that has been thought of as one of spirituality and contentment. In the world of healing, the amethyst has been considered to bestow stability, strength, invigoration and peace. It has also been esteemed as a stone of friendship, symbolising trust and respect.

Amethyst is the birthstone for those born in February and is the traditional stone of choice for those celebrating the 6th and 17th wedding anniversaries.
